Our flagship facility is located in Stanwood, WA just 5 minutes off 1-5. This secluded 40 acre oasis, underwent an monumental renovation, 2021-2024, to ensure sustainable year-round cross training, turnout, and whole horse wellness. We addressed PNW horse-keeping challenges including drainage, slope, footing, manure management, allergies, etc to create sustainable solutions improving the quality of life and the success of our programs. We also broaden our scope to incorporate the major ecosystems and existing features of the property to ensure sustainable use for generations to come.

Our Yard supports the daily movement requirements for each of our herd members. Whether that is focused work sessions or passive, our track system, dry lots, grass fields, arena, runs, and miles of trails with varied terrain and footing provide and encourage our horses to stay in motion through out the day. We also have features in the Yard to keep horses amongst the herd even when activity needs to be modified.
