Our Story
The Farm at Headwaters was established in 2021 located in Stanwood, Washington as an oasis for horses and humans alike. Through the development of our facility and programs, we began to focus our mission towards the rehabilitation and retirement needs of equine athletes. As horsemen, we were discontent with the lack of options to do right by our equine partners throughout all stages of their life. This journey has led to more growth and demand than we ever imagined, and we owe that to our team of veterinarians, specialists, care providers and most importantly the clients who have trusted us with their beloved partners. Together, we are dedicated to providing accessible and sustainable options for the rehabilitation, recovery, and retirement of equine athletes. We are excited about continuing to develop these programs and hope you stay tuned and join us on this journey.
